How to log in to UCharts
Option 1: Login with Google
- Open the official login page.
- Confirm the address bar shows app.ucharts.com.
- Select Login with Google.
- Choose the same Google account used when the UCharts account was created.
- Review the account-access prompt before continuing.
If the wrong UCharts profile opens, sign out and repeat the process with the other Google account you may have used.
Option 2: Login with email and password
- Open the official login URL.
- Enter the complete registered email address.
- Enter the password exactly, including capitalization and symbols.
- Use the eye icon to check for typing errors when it is safe to do so.
- Select Login.
What to do if you forgot your UCharts password
- Select Forgot your password? on the official login page.
- Enter the registered email address.
- Check the inbox, spam, promotions, and junk folders.
- Open only a reset message that points back to the official ucharts.com domain.
- Create a unique password that is not used on another website.
- Return to the official login page and sign in with the new password.
If no reset message arrives, wait a few minutes, confirm the email spelling, and check whether the account was created with Google instead of a standalone password.
How new UCharts account access works
The official signup page displayed a four-step registration flow during our review. Step 1 requested:
- Country
- First name
- Last name

Browser cleanup sequence
- Close duplicate UCharts tabs.
- Reload the official login page once.
- Try a private/incognito window.
- Temporarily disable a script-blocking extension for the official domain only.
- Clear cookies and cached site data for ucharts.com.
- Update the browser.
- Try another trusted network or device.
Stop after the issue is resolved. There is no benefit in clearing all browser data or changing multiple account settings at once.
How to protect your UCharts account
- Bookmark the official login URL instead of using advertisements or unsolicited messages.
- Use a unique password and a reputable password manager.
- Protect the connected Google or email account with two-factor authentication.
